Taylor Berry
Marketing Director
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Taylor grew up taking classes at her neighborhood art studio, and attended Booker T. Washington High School for The Performing and Visual Arts as a student in the Visual Arts department. During a month-long pre-college program at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland, she was able to zero her focus in on Architecture and Industrial Design. Upon graduating distinguished, as well as being yearbook designer, president of the Free Tibet Club, and a member of the National Art Honor Society, she received several scholarship and grant offers and went on to attend the Cleveland Institute of Art in Cleveland, Ohio as a major in Industrial Design.
Her time in college was spent honing her graphic and product design expertise, working with the likes of Little Tikes and Stryker Medical as a research and design consultant, learning presentation skills, and building upon her artistic cunning via an emphasis in printmaking.
In 2014, Taylor spent a semester abroad in Germany, south of Berlin, working with luxury automotive company Audi, as well as, on toy design and infographic projects. Afterwards, she returned to school in Cleveland and her internship at a furniture and design firm, graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, spent some time freelancing then moved back to Texas before eventually moving out to Los Angeles where she soon became Marketing and Product Development Specialist for a local shoe company.
Today, Taylor leads all graphic design and marketing strategy at Maurice & Rustad, bringing her unique eye for detail and innovative ideas. She utilizes her skillset to promote listings both online and offline via social media, web, email, and printed marketing materials. Lastly, in her free-time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new recipes, and teaching the occasional arts and crafts workshop. What she loves most about real estate is getting to explore new corners of LA, and helping people.
