Peter attended Dartmouth College and the University of California where he received a B.A. in Environmental Studies/Landscape Architecture. He received his law degree from U.C. Berkley (Boalt Hall) and practiced corporate, real estate and entertainment law with Greenberg, Glusker, Fields, Claman & Machtinger in Century City (admitted, Central District Court – California), before joining Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro where he helped grow the entertainment transaction department. Subsequently, he served as Vice President, Legal Affairs, for 20th Century Fox Film Corporation. Peter left the practice of law to pursue his true passion, real estate, and to represent the many individuals and entities with whom he transacted business over the years as a corporate and studio lawyer. Represented among his clients are lawyers, business and personal managers, physicians, investment bankers, real estate developers, various major studios and top studio executives, actors, writers, directors, and producers.

Married for more than 19 years to his wife Megan (an Endodontist and proud UCLA and USC alum), Tregg has three daughters, is an avid basketball player, surfer, dog lover, beekeeper, and weekend gardener. The Rustads have owned and remodeled a variety of properties, including single family homes, duplexes, and a number of local high rise units. Tregg is the former president of a 135-unit homeowners’ association and knows the challenges of association management and HOA issues from the inside out. Additionally, he is EcoBroker Certified®, well-versed in the broad range of energy and environmental issues that affect real estate transactions, and is an active member of both the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
David holds the unique position of both Associate Agent and Operations Director for the Maurice-Rustad Team. He has been a California licensed real estate agent, commencing his career in marketing/sales, with over 15 years experience. His continued success comes from his personal and professional relationships with both his and our clients. His passion for business mixed with his personable style allows him to think outside the box and continue to understand the needs of his clients before they ever know.
With commensurate experience as a professional photographer, Mr. Tamburo personally has handled all aesthetic aspects of the photography process, allowing him to bring his mindfulness of attention to detail into selling and buying homes. David is also the architectural photographer for the Maurice-Rustad team. His artful presentation of homes evokes the essence of what is, essentially, an emotional engagement of prospective buyers (and agents) viewing the Team’s listings. The process takes significant time, and David’s dedication to ‘getting it right’ is universally lauded by our agents.
David stays abreast of continuing trends in e-marketing, including state of the art web-design, social marketing and internet exposure maximization, for his clients. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications from Columbia College Chicago. In his spare time, David is an avid photographer enjoying all types, from landscape to lifestyle. David loves spending time with his girlfriend and their two Italian Greyhounds, hiking, yoga, cooking and dog rescuing.
Taylor brings a wide variety of marketing, design and artistic flair to the Maurice & Rustad team. From photo editing and flyer design to web design and ads, she’s the person who works around the clock to make sure your listing looks great and reaches buyers.
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Taylor grew up taking art classes at her neighborhood art studios and attended Booker T. Washington High School for The Performing and Visual Arts. After additional Summer program studies in architecture and engineering, she earned her Bachelors of Fine Art degree in Industrial Design with an emphasis in printmaking from the Cleveland Institute of Art in Cleveland, Ohio.
In college, she worked on design projects along the likes of Little Tikes, Stryker Medical and Audi, and spent a semester abroad in Germany studying at one of the original Bauhaus campuses. Her resume includes digital marketing freelance, as well as, internships at the City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs, a reclaimed furniture company in Cleveland, and a boutique design firm in Austin. She first arrived in Los Angeles in 2017 as Social Media Director for a children’s play place startup then transitioned to a position in Marketing and Product Development for a shoe startup. Together, this array of experiences has cultivated her creativity and ability to consult and assist a vast spectrum of clients.
Today, Taylor leads all graphic design and marketing strategy at Maurice & Rustad, bringing her unique eye for detail and innovative ideas. She utilizes her skillset to promote listings both online and offline via social media, web, email, and printed marketing materials. Lastly, in her free-time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new recipes, and teaching arts and crafts workshops. What she loves most about real estate is getting to provide a much needed service, discovering beautiful homes and new corners of LA, and helping people.

Ted attended Indiana University majoring in Political Science in the Pre-Law program. He moved to California shortly after graduation and took a job with a construction team focused on demolition and remodeling. The years Ted worked in this field gave him insight into the building of structures and the key components of successful investments. Ted also worked in a law firm where he contributed to the successful resolution of a high profile case involving construction and development fraud.
Armed with the knowledge he accrued in construction and law, Ted purchased a “fixer” in the hills of Studio City and income property in his home state of Indiana. Through these transactions it became clear to him that he wanted to be involved in Real Estate on a full time basis. This realization was the catalyst that brought Ted to Rodeo Realty.

Brian attended UC Santa Barbara where he earned a BA in Business Economics, followed with an MBA from UC Riverside.
