A native of the Westside, Peter has been a top producing agent for over 30 years. He covers Los Angeles from offices at Rodeo Realty’s Beverly Hills office where he is an Estates Director. With multiple offices located in Southern California, Rodeo Realty is the state’s single largest individually-owned real estate brokerage, and is comprised of one of the most sophisticated group of real estate professionals in the area.

Peter has accumulated numerous real estate awards and distinctions including consistently ranking in the top .1% of all real estate agents nationally. Recent recognitions and awards include: #1 Team at Rodeo Realty every year since 2012, Hollywood Reporter’s Top 25 LA Agents, and #1 Agent status for multiple years at various Beverly Hills Brokerages.

Peter attended Dartmouth College and the University of California where he received a B.A. in Environmental Studies/Landscape Architecture. He received his law degree from UC Berkeley and practiced corporate, real estate and entertainment law with top Century City firms Greenberg, Glusker and Jeffer, Mangels & Butler. Subsequently, he served as Vice President, Legal Affairs, for 20th Century Fox Film Corporation. Peter left the practice of law to pursue his true passion: real estate. Among his clients are lawyers, business and personal managers, physicians, investment bankers, real estate developers, major studios and their key executives, musicians, actors, writers, directors, and producers.

Marketing and advertising his properties in an aggressive, creative and directed manner, Peter sells his listings through targeted advertising and vast array of personal contacts in the community. Peter’s access to qualified buyers afforded by his contacts and experience is coupled with negotiating skills honed over more than three decades of working with demanding, high profile clientele. His ability to listen to his clients and protect them by applying experience, knowledge and unbridled advocacy has earned him considerable repeat and referral business, and a reputation as one of the City’s most successful and talented real estate agents.

Tregg graduated Magna Cum Lauda from Walla Walla University in Washington where studies in marketing, business and communications provide an academic lens from which to view every real estate transaction. Recognized for his expertise and leadership, Tregg also assists in the training and education of newly licensed real estate agents and is frequently quoted as an industry expert in major media outlets, such as the Los Angeles Times and Wall Street Journal.

Married for more than 24 years to his wife Megan, an Endodontist and proud UCLA and USC alum with whom he has three daughters, Tregg is an avid surfer, dog lover, beekeeper, and weekend gardener. The Rustads currently reside in Santa Monica, where they are active in the local community and public school system, and together they have owned, built and remodeled a variety of local properties. These range from single family homes to duplexes, and a number of high-rise condominiums, empowering Tregg with a working, firsthand experience in all aspects of development and construction, which he extends to his clients on a daily basis.

David holds the dual role of Associate Agent and Operations Director for the Maurice-Rustad Team. A licensed real estate agent and member of the team for more than 13 years, David works closely with nearly every client and is deeply involved throughout the buying and selling process.

He has a natural ability to listen closely, understand what matters most to a client, and help make complicated decisions easier to understand. His approach is thoughtful and direct, with a focus on making sure clients understand their options and feel confident about the decisions they are making.

Behind the scenes, David oversees the details that keep each transaction moving forward. He tracks contingency dates, compliance requirements, documentation, and the many moving parts that can determine whether a transaction runs smoothly. After more than a decade with the team, he also brings an extensive knowledge of its systems, standards, and processes, and continually works to improve them.

Years spent as a photographer helped develop David’s strong observational skills and attention to detail, qualities that carry directly into his work in real estate. He is hands-on, resourceful, and highly invested in getting things right for clients, not simply getting a transaction closed.

David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications from Columbia College Chicago. Outside of work, he can usually be found running or at home with his cats and dog.

Brian has enjoyed a varied career that extends beyond real estate – with corporate experience in telecom and several entrepreneurial ventures under his belt. While his personal journey included other ventures, the real estate business has remained a constant, whether through development, sales or investment opportunities. Brian attended UC Santa Barbara where he earned a BA in Business Economics, followed with an MBA from UC Riverside. During his early corporate management career he quickly advanced by moving frequently and owned homes in multiple cities throughout Northern and Southern California.  Yet all the while, the Palisades has been a constant in his life.
